Love the lentils

Dear Family and Friends,

To all of us who are always worried about our belly this article from RealAge explains that walking daily and eating lentils helps to lower the infamous belly.   I usually eat lentils at least three times a week as a source of protein.  I like curry lentils, and lentils with other vegetables, and add olives, cilantro, and some hot tomato sauce.
