New Year's Vegan Dinner

Happy and Prosperous New Year 2008!

We ate at the beautiful set dinner table for this celebration:

- Homemade guacamole dip with very thin wheat crackers with black & green olives and olive oil

- Steamed artichokes with two types of vinagrettes.

- balsamic vinagrette from the grocery story
- homemade balsamic vinagrette with olive oil, dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, salt & pepper

- Gnoccis with pesto

- mango ice cream

- Sparkling apple cider

At midnight for the new year's day:

very coldTaittinger champagne

and Green chilean grapes
