Le vin - Wine - Vino

Dear Family and Friends,

This article from Andrew Weil, PhD explains the benefits of drinking wine for women.  A glass of wine seems to help to control weight.  A few times a week a week  I drink a glass of wine in the evening which helps me to mellow out a little, and I fall asleep shortly after.
